Good value on sale item

I was looking for a new coat and saw Jigsaw had a 'Wool Coat' in their winter sale. It was 40% off, which made it a much better price point for me. The quality is solid, feels like it will last. Definitely felt like I got a good deal, saved a decent amount compared to the original price, so it was worth the purchase.

Mostly good, minor delivery delay

I bought a pair of 'Tailored Trousers' and a 'Linen Shirt'. The clothing itself is excellent, very well made and the fit is true to their size guide. The fabric feels luxurious, especially the linen. My only small gripe was that the delivery took a day longer than the estimated window, which wasn't a huge deal but meant I couldn't wear the shirt to an event I had planned. Otherwise, a very positive shopping experience.

Love my new trench coat!

My new 'Trench Coat' arrived and it's absolutely gorgeous! The material feels amazing and it fits like it was custom-made. I'm so happy with it! The ordering process was smooth and it got here faster than I thought. I will definitely be back to shop at Jigsaw again. Such beautiful clothes!

Nice midi dress, good fit

I got the 'Midi Dress' in black for a wedding last month, and it was really nice. It fit well, true to size, which is always a relief when ordering online. The fabric felt pretty good too, not flimsy or anything. Got it delivered quick enough, no fuss.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third purchase from Jigsaw, this time a 'Cashmere Jumper'. As usual, the quality was exactly what I expected; soft and well-made. Their delivery times are always consistent too, usually arriving within a few days. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting, and they haven't disappointed me yet on product or service. Good to know I can rely on them for classic pieces.

Has anyone had luck stacking discount codes at Jigsaw? Trying to use my Blue Light Card with a newsletter sign-up offer for a trench coat.

D DeepaM 2 weeks ago
Nah, pretty sure Jigsaw only allows one promo code per order. I tried to combine my birthday discount with a free delivery code last month and it wouldn't let me.

V Vikram77 2 weeks ago
That's what I figured, most places are like that these days. Thanks for confirming!

P PoojaR 2 weeks ago
Yeah, their T&Cs usually state one code at a time. It's a bummer.

A AnilK 2 weeks ago
I've never managed to stack them. Usually, if you try to add a second one, it just replaces the first. Best bet is to see which discount gives you the biggest saving for that specific trench.

V Vikram77 2 weeks ago
Good advice, Anil. The Blue Light is usually 10% or 15%, so I'll probably stick with that.

D DeepaM 2 weeks ago
Yeah, the percentage discounts are usually better than a fixed amount if you're buying something expensive like a trench coat.

S SunitaB 2 weeks ago
Sometimes free delivery automatically applies if your order is over a certain amount, and then you can still use a percentage discount. But actual codes, nope, usually one only.

V Vikram77 2 weeks ago
That's a good distinction! Free delivery usually kicks in automatically. Thanks!

Oh, that's a useful tip! I always forget about the auto free delivery threshold.

Just got my first Jigsaw cashmere jumper and I'm a bit underwhelmed by the feel. Is it just me or has the quality dipped a bit recently?

M Meera88 1 month ago
Oh, that's a shame to hear! I bought one last winter and it's still super soft. Maybe it depends on the style or the specific cashmere blend? I got the classic crew neck.

P PriyaK 1 month ago
Mine was a V-neck, maybe that's it. It feels a bit thinner than I expected for the price.

I noticed a slight difference too in a cardigan I bought during the mid-season sale. Still good, but not *quite* the same luxurious feel as older pieces.

R RahulS 1 month ago
Hmm, I usually find their cashmere top-notch. Did you get it from the main collection or the outlet clearance? Sometimes there's a slight difference there.
7
S SoniaG 1 month ago
Good point about the outlet stuff though, sometimes it's slightly different fabrication.
4
P PriyaK 1 month ago
It was from the main collection, full price. That's why I was a bit surprised.

I think it varies. I got a camel coloured one during the winter sale and it's absolutely gorgeous, so soft. Are you sure it's not just a different weave or weight?
5
P PriyaK 1 month ago
Could be. I'm comparing it to a very old one I have from them, so my expectations might be a bit high!

True, things do change over time. My mum has Jigsaw pieces from years ago that still feel incredible.

Hey guys, thinking of getting one of their wool coats but I'm in NYC. How long does shipping usually take to the US? Anyone ordered from them before?

T Todd 1 month ago
Yeah, they definitely ship internationally. I'm in California and it usually took about a week to 10 days for me. Not super fast but not terrible.

Ordered a cashmere jumper last month to Boston, I think it was around 8 days. Not Amazon fast, but it got here.

Is Jigsaw sizing pretty true to size or do they run big/small? Looking at a dress but kinda paranoid about ordering the wrong size.

S Sarah 1 month ago
I'd say they're pretty true to size for a British brand. Maybe slightly generous compared to some US brands, but I usually just stick to my normal size and it's fine.
2
S Shane 1 month ago
For me, their sizes usually run a little on the larger side, especially for dresses. Might want to check the specific garment measurements if they have them on the product page.

I have a student discount code from Jigsaw but also saw some stuff in their mid-season sale. Can I use both of those together?

D David Torres 2 months ago
Nah, usually you can't stack codes. And student discounts almost always exclude sale items. It'll probably say that when you try to apply it.

S Sam Osei 2 months ago
I tried to use a newsletter code on a sale item once and it didn't work. Most stores only let you use one discount at a time, and never on top of other sales unless it's a special 'extra off sale' type of deal.

Anyone know what their return policy is like for US orders? Like if I don't like a blazer, is it a pain to send back?

R Renee D. 2 months ago
Returns were super easy for me. I just followed the instructions on their site and they give you a label to print out. Didn't have any issues getting my refund.
5
B Beth Foster 2 months ago
They offer free returns, which is nice. Just make sure you send it back within the window, I think it's like 28 days or something similar. Had no problem returning a pair of trousers that didn't fit.

Thinking about a Jigsaw trench coat but also looking at one from Hobbs. Any thoughts on how Jigsaw compares in terms of quality or style?

E Elena Marsh 2 months ago
Jigsaw feels a bit more modern and less stuffy than Hobbs sometimes. The quality is definitely comparable, both good. Jigsaw often has slightly more interesting cuts or fabric blends, I think.
5
E Emma 2 months ago
I own pieces from both! Hobbs feels a bit more classic and formal, while Jigsaw leans more into luxurious everyday wear, if that makes sense. Quality wise, both are solid, you won't be disappointed with either but Jigsaw might have a bit more 'fashion' edge.
